As Chicagoland’s leading provider of exotic limousines, we continue to develop new all-inclusive packages to assure our clients the best possible price. Each package will have a separate price schedule based upon the nature of your event, make/model of limousine, number of charter hours, date, times and other special requests. All times are consecutive.
A small deposit is required to hold all reservations. Amount will vary based on price and date. Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from contract total.
There is a 20% gratuity charge added to the price of each charter. Gratuity is defined as the money applied toward driver compensation and expenses necessary to make your charter complete.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept cash, checks and most major credit cards (AMEX, Visa, MC, Discover). All checks must be cashed 14 days prior to any rendering of service. Credit cards must be processed at least 48 hours prior to your event.
MULTIPLE HOUR DISCOUNTS
We offer discounts for multiple hour charters. These offers are only available to pre-booking of additional time. Only one discount per reservation cannot be combined.
If your charter extends past your reserved time slot, the remaining time will be charged in 1/2 hour increments plus 20%. This charge will be in ratio to normal rates set for that day and will be noted on your contract. Additional time must be paid in cash. Time extended unless it has been approved by the office, additional time may not be available on the day of the service. Time changes must be submitted to the office 30 day’s prior to your event for approval. Time changes are not guaranteed.
Most packages are all-inclusive. If there are any extra service charges they will be highlighted in your contract. IE travel fee, additional time, or taxes.
All stops must be pre-arranged before the charter begins. Due to the size of our vehicles, our drivers must plot out each course. These precautions are for the safety of each passenger as well as the vehicle.
DAMAGE TO VEHICLES
Parties causing damage to vehicles during a charter are directly responsible for any and all cost for repair. To avoid any damages please read the following: No smoking, No feet on bars, No leaning on glass holders, No standing outside moon-roof, No playing with electrical switches and No reckless behavior. Vomit and excess clean up will be charged to the card on file. Charter can be ended at any time with out refunds. Any items brought aboard( ie other beverage, liquor, jello shots, or cups) by the customer must be removed to avoid excess cleaning.
Drivers are not authorized to exceed the number of passengers stated on your contract. This is in violation of state law and insurance guidelines. CAPACITY IN OUR VEHICLES IS BASED UPON AVERAGE SIZED ADULTS. ONLY YOU KNOW THE SIZE OF YOUR PASSENGERS AND IT IS SOLEY YOUR RESPOSNSIBILTY TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT VEHICLE TO ASSURE THEIR COMFORT. You can schedule an appointment to view any of our vehicles during the week.
No alcoholic beverages shall be stocked or permitted in vehicles with passengers under the age of 21 without a legal guardian present. Consumption of alcohol by a minor is never tolerated under any circumstances. Additional beverages are available upon request for an additional cost. We reserve the right to cancel the charter at anytime for violating this policy. No refunds will be granted.
